Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy varies with each seller and any request for cancellation of the order has to be discussed and agreed upon between the seller and the customer.

Cases for cancellation, with possible outcomes are as listed below:

  1. For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller provides tracking number already. In this case, order cancellations are not allowed.
  2. For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller has not provided a tracking number within 5 days of order placement or within the agreed upon date between seller and customer. In this case, customer can request for an order cancellation by writing to admin@planteka.co
  3. For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller is not able to provide the shipment and he has to agree with customer regarding cancellation of order or replacement with another plant/product.
