How to Use The Planteka Dashboard for Selling/Swapping Plants and Accessories?

  • Update your “Profile“. It is important that you fill the Location (both on map and text fields) and Enable Chat functionality.
  1. Profile -> Store -> Store Name
  2. Profile -> Store -> Address
  3. Profile -> Store -> Map
  4. Profile -> Store -> Enable Live Chat

If you intend to ship your listings, it is important that you fill:

  1. Profile -> Payment
  2. Profile -> Shipping -> Choose country where you would ship to -> Edit -> Add Shipping Method -> Pick Flat Rate  -> Choose a rate for Flat Rate  Options on how to set the rates:
    • 2.40
    • 1.40 + (1*[qty])  For one plant, this implies 2.40€, for 2 plants, this implies 3.40€

For local pickups, cash exchange is accepted.

  • Start adding Products“. Don’t forget to add “Attributes”, as this is required in filtering the product according to customer requirements.
  • You can use “Chat/Inbox” to chat with other members of Planteka.
  • Under “Orders“, you will find orders placed by other customers for your listings. Here, you can click the order number to update the customer about the Tracking Number as well.
  • Under “My Orders“, you will find the purchases you have made from other members.
  • Use “Withdraw” to receive payments from shipped products.
