My story: Although I've spent all my life surrounded by plants back in my country (Brasil), my "true" love and addiction for plants started when I moved to Spain 5 years ago. By that time I was not allowed to work here, neither knew the language or had friends, so I started "trying to keep plants alive" as a form of therapy and hobby to pass my time, and that's how Speak in Plants's Instagram started. When I started making kokedamas to sell, I moved it to a business account.

A lot of things happened and changed during all these years, and the journey that has led me here wasn't easy at all, but this last year I could finally open my physical shop, which was my goal from the beginning, and all I can say is thank you to everyone who has supported me one way or another. Especially to Planteka for trusting in me as one of its first vendors :) Im really proud and glad on the place I am right now and this only the beginning of a very beautiful, magical and definitely green journey!

Here are some of my favourite plants: Anthurium warocqueanum, which was the plant that made me fall in love with the Araceae family. Cleistocactus colademonis, because I love hanging and hairy plants so this one is a great combo of both. Also because it looks like medusa and I love medusa. Dioscorea elephantipes, one of my first caudex discoveries and will always be in my heart for opening the door for my caudex passion.
