SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, we provide two options:

  1. Local pickup/By Hand: The vendor and the buyer have to arrange a meeting point via email. 
  2. Shipping: Shipping within the same country as the product can be done with “Add to Cart” option from the Product page.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Currently we have sellers shipping within EU. We are looking at other countries as well soon and will be included in the future. We will keep you posted.

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The vendor should provide order tracking details to the buyer, within 5 days of placing the order, unless otherwise discussed between both parties. The duration to receive the package will be determined by the Logistics provider.

 

PAYMENTS

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For items that are shipped, we accept credit and debit cards, like Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.  For local pickup products, cash on delivery is accepted and will be settled between the vendor and the buyer.

 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying for shipment within the country of the product is safe. The payments process itself is done securely via Stripe gateway.

 

ORDER & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order by simply adding the product to cart, including your address and then placing the order with Checkout.

 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

In both cases of local pick-up and shipment, you need to connect with the seller to cancel the order. Bear in mind to cancel the order before package is shipped already, in which case the customer has to make necessary arrangements with the vendor, for either return or acceptance of package after payment.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. It’s not necessary.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Within 5 days of placing an order, the seller should provide you tracking information. If not, the customer should connect with the seller. If there is no response from the seller within a week of placing the order, you should inform Planteka, by writing to hola@planteka.co and we will cancel the order for you or provide you another option.

 

How Can I Return a Product?

The product return has to be arranged between the seller and the customer, and it has to follow based on point number 8. under Seller Policies. You can also write directly to Planteka.
