The cancellation policy varies with each seller and any request for cancellation of the order has to be discussed and agreed upon between the seller and the customer.
Possible outcomes for cases for cancellation, in the case of plants and accesories are as listed below:
- For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller provides tracking number already. In this case, order cancellations are not allowed.
- For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller has not provided a tracking number within 5 days of order placement or within the agreed upon date between seller and customer. In this case, customer can request for an order cancellation by writing to admin@planteka.co
- For shipments, customer places order via cart and the order is processed. Seller is not able to provide the shipment and he has to agree with customer regarding cancellation of order or replacement with another plant/product.
Possible outcomes for cases for cancellation, in the case of workshops are as listed below:
1. If the workshop provider cancels the workshop on or 24 hours before the workshop, the customer can request for moving their reservation to a new date in the future or for a refund.
2. If the customer is not able to attend the workshop and informs the workshop provider at least 72 hours before the workshop, the customer can request for moving their reservation to a new date in the future.
3. If the customer is not able to attend the workshop and informs the workshop provider in less than 72 hours before the workshop, refund cannot be applied. In some cases, the date can be moved to a new one in the future. But, it will depend on the workshop provider.
