As Social Media / Community Manager at Planteka, you will be in charge of growing our community on various social networks. Are you ready to create creative content, interact with our plant parents and experts, and manage all our social networks?
- Create and manage social media content strategies.
- Create and encourage community engagement through posts and responses to followers.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise our social media strategies.
- Collaborate in the creation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's online reputation and maintain an open dialogue with the community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be creative, have excellent communication skills, be a problem solver and provide exceptional customer service. Are you the ideal candidate?
- Social media management: Leading communication and engagement on social media communities.
- Content creation: Social media content creation, with an eye for design and understanding of brand values.
- Community building: Proficiency in various social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Whatsapp.
- Metrics analysis: Analytical skills to gain customer insights through community interactions, both online and IRL.
- Research: Research skills on social media trends and communicating management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing plan.
- Customer service: Constantly engage with customers and users of our platform all throughout their journey.
