Our Contract

License to Use Our Platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Platform — subject to the Terms & Conditions and the following restrictions:

You must be 18+: You must be aged 18+ to use our platform, either as a buyer/customer or as a seller.
Sell Legally: Sell only plants, propagations and accessories that are legal. Any product that is patented is not allowed to be sold on Planteka, without the necessary certificates and/or approvals. Also, for International shipping, it is mandatory to have a phytosanitary certificate. If you are in the EU, and selling by post (distant selling), all plants must be accompanied by a plant passport. Refer to “Seller Policies” for more information.
Termination: In case of misuse of the platform, including cheating, abusing or non-settlement of disputes, you will be permanently blocked from being a member of Planteka.
We May Discontinue the Services. Planteka reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time, for any reason.
Gift Cards: All gift cards are valid up to a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Data Protection

We know how important your personal information is important to you and we do not intend to tamper with it. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used when you use our Services. By using our Services, you’re also agreeing that we can process your information in the ways set out in the Privacy Policy, so please read it here.

Payment & Commissions

As a customer, for shipped items, payments are securely done via Stripe. See how to set up Stripe on your Vendor Dashboard. We charge 10% commissions (which already includes the fees that go to Stripe), for plants and accessories and 30% commissions (which already includes the fees that go to Stripe) for workshops and gardening services.

Return

Return requests must be settled between the buyer/customer and the seller between themselves. Planteka will not be involved in settling any sort of disputes.

Copyright Infringement

Planteka respects your Intellectual Property and if you believe that your work has been copied and used on our website by users on the Planteka platform, please report to us immediately with our contact form. We will inform the repsonsible entity immediately.

If you are not an intellectual property rights owner or their agent, Planteka will not be able to process complaints submitted through this form. Please report your concerns to Planteka through the appropriate venue: Sellers may use the form to report inappropriate listings, other sellers, policy violations, etc.
