Refund policy
Cancellations and refunds
For events and workshops:
- If the provider cancels the event or workshop, customers may request a refund or change the date.
- Customers may request a refund or change the date if they cancel at least 48 hours before the event or workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, unless agreed upon by the workshop provider and the customer.
For gardening services:
- Service providers may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Last-minute cancellations require rescheduling or a refund.
- Customers may cancel services up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds: Refund requests must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
Disputes: Planteka is not responsible for resolving disputes, but may facilitate communication between the parties.
