What can I sell on Planteka?
Planteka provides a marketplace for plant propagators and serious plant hobbyists to buy, sell or swap fully grown plants, rooted cuttings, baby plants and seeds. You can also sell essentials and accessories for plant lovers, including pots, hangers, fertilizers, soil etc. We also provide this platform for you to provide your services like garden consulting, or any educational workshops or sessions. How are payments processed?
We process payments with Stripe, an external payment platform that
allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods.
How do fees work on Planteka?
Joining and starting a shop on Planteka is free.
There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.
Currently, on Planteka, it costs €0 to publish a listing to the marketplace. Once an item sells, you will be charged 10% in commissions for the products sold. For accepting payments securely with Stripe, there is a small payment processing fee (1.4% + €0,25) charged by Stripe. But the 10% already covers this expense.
How do I get paid?
You have to connect to Stripe under Profile -> Payment, on your Dashboard.
And the payment is automatically processed by Stripe.
