Fresh flower table centerpiece workshop in Barcelona

We invite you to spend an afternoon with talented floral artist Susie Braithwaite, who will share some of the knowledge she has developed over more than 40 years. We will enjoy the therapeutic art of floral design, giving free rein to our creativity and design skills as we create a beautiful floral centerpiece that you can use to decorate your home or event, or give as a gift.


Location: La Celma, Carrer Montseny 5, Barcelona in the Gracia neighbourhood


Language: Spanish/English
The main language is Spanish, our workshop leaders will be able to translate into English if necessary. As it is mainly practical it is very easy to follow.

Activity:

• Learn how to identify flowers that you can use for centerpieces and how to preserve them so they last longer.
• We will teach you techniques for designing and combining colors and shapes to create more original and harmonious centerpieces.
• We will look for ways to create different volumes.
• You will also explore different ways of combining and arranging other centerpieces for a larger event.
  

Materials included:

• All the flowers for your bouquet
• Sponge and container for arranging flowers.
• Small snack.
