Frequently asked questions

1. How long is the gift card valid for? 6 months from the date of purchase. The recipient has plenty of time to
   pick the workshop or service date that works best for them.
2. Is it a physical or digital card? It's 100% digital. It's sent by email and can be forwarded or printed if you'd rather hand it over in person.
3. What can it be used for? Any workshop, course, or gardening service available on planteka.co, in Madrid, Barcelona, or Valencia.
4. Can I have it sent directly to the recipient? Yes. Message us on email or WhatsApp with the  recipient's email and we'll take care of sending it.
